Sandi started painting watercolours in 1984, and then moved into pastels in 1996 and acrylics in 2002.
She has had a fascination with the history, legends and folk-lore of the Camino de Santiago pilgrimage trail in Spain for many years.
In 2010 she provided descriptive drawings for a number of books on the Camino including "Your Camino", "Camino Lingo" and "Slackpacking the Camino Frances".
Her new collection of Camino art includes portraits of St James, Pilgrim on the Road and general Pilgrim art. She is working on a St James historical timeline collection.
